1 Taylor Street Breaks Ground

MONTPELIER - Officials from the City of Montpelier, Downstreet, Housing Vermont, DEW Construction Corp, Green Mountain Transit, along with Senator Leahy and Governor Scott broke ground at 1 Taylor Street for a mixed-use housing and public transit facility.

A complex financing package, which utilizes public and private funding, will finance thirty new mixed market units and a new Montpelier Transit Center. The development will be an important amenity for downtown and a strong investment in public infrastructure.
